The Wizard of Ops Newsletter, "The Great and Powerful Vol", is now hosted on Substack.
From the December 2024 welcome message:
1. Why this, why now
Seven years ago, we founded two monthly newsletter services: the Fundamental Trader and the Technical Trader. These newsletters were designed to form option trades around an external thesis.
In the past couple years, our company has expanded, using our knowledge and skills to create Volland (www.vol.land). Our quantitative approach to the options landscape has been proven through statistical analysis to have a correlation to the market.
We have wound down our inaugural newsletter services to make space for this new publication.
The Great and Powerful Vol will be a swing-term newsletter that will utilize our proprietary dashboard, Volland, to its fullest extent and give option book analysis at an affordable price.
This content will go in depth into the option book, and give analysis on the overall market as well as some popular stocks.
